From the moment we first make contact with a prospective new client, our primary objective is to learn what makes them tick.  By utilizing a disciplined approach to develop an understanding of what is important to a prospective client, along with their values and beliefs, we can begin to develop a plan that makes sense, is understandable, and most importantly, is attainable.  We view this fact-gathering session as the most important time we spend with our clients, as it sets the tone for our relationship going forward.

We believe that Financial Planning is more than reviewing past investment performance.  That is why we have partnered with Wealthcare Capital Management and their industry-leading probability analysis tools to offer our clients a better financial planning experience. 

Through the Beechwood Wealthcare Process, we provide our clients a dynamic planning experience that is tailored to meet your specific needs, goals, and desires on an ongoing basis.  We accomplish this by implementing a unique 3-step process:

1.  ASSESSING LIFE GOALS
Understanding our clients' life goals and their priorities among those goals means understanding our clients. By rethinking risk in terms of meeting specific goals--such as retiring early or traveling the world--rather than using mathematical risk tolerances, we are better able to understand our clients' needs and to create investment strategies that meet those needs.

2.  DIAGNOSTIC METHODS
Our clients demand an investment strategy that accounts for and evolves with the changing nature of their lives. We use software that can effectively determine the probability of confidently and comfortably achieving life goals. Our diagnostic methods are an integral part of the Beechwood Wealthcare Process. This approach allows us to measure our clients’ financial strategies against simulated market performance over thousands of lifetimes. Using three distinct calculation methods, this procedure eliminates assumptions that detract from the utility of the analysis and increase client confidence in the results.

3.  SOLUTIONS
Only one measure of an investment strategy matters: our clients' realization of their valued goals and dreams. Through our probability analysis software, many clients are surprised to find that financial plans that once seemed achievable now appear unacceptably risky while other dreams that seemed unreachable may actually be accomplished. Through an engagement with the Beechwood Wealthcare Process and a holistic approach to our clients' financial lives, we consistently deliver solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

At Beechwood Wealth Advisors, we are driven by the desire to create and maintain satisfied clients.  To us, satisfaction means that each and every person that walks through our doors has nothing but good things to say about their experience--Their Beechwood Wealth Experience.

With that in mind, one of most successful aspects of our Beechwood Wealth Experience is the Beechwood Wealth Roadmap.  Once we have determined the client’s goals and objectives, gained an understanding of where they are and where they want to go, introduced our team of Portfolio Consultants, and implemented an investment plan, it is imperative that we continually stay in contact with our client. 

The Beechwood Wealth Roadmap serves two main purposes. First, it allows us to document the timing and frequency of all future client contact including quarterly meetings, monthly telephone updates, and any planned client events.  Second, and most importantly, it helps our clients understand and visually see that we are committed to the relationship.  Our clients will always know where they are, where they are going, the plan to get there, and our pledge to be involved with them every step of the way.

Each scheduled quarterly meeting will be guided by an overall theme ranging from Investment Management and Financial Planning early in the year, to Estate Planning, Risk Management and Tax Planning towards the end of the year.  Each of these themes is an important aspect of the holistic and comprehensive financial planning that you can expect from Beechwood Wealth Advisors.
